Specific Service Terms

Each of our services comes with specific terms which the Client must agree to.

Local and National SEO Subscriptions

1. Subscription Flexibility: We offer our SEO services on a flexible, month-to-month basis. There are no lock-in contracts, providing you the freedom to adapt your strategy and budget.

2. SEO Timelines: SEO is a long-term commitment. Results may take time to manifest, but you are free to discontinue our services at any time without penalties.

3. Scope of Service: Our SEO service focuses on specific keywords and regions as mutually agreed upon at the start of the contract.

4. Service Limitations: While our goal is to improve your search engine rankings, we do not guarantee a top position on any search engine.

5. Account Access and Campaign Success: Timely access to essential accounts such as your website, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and Google Search Console is imperative for campaign success. Delays in granting access can adversely impact campaign performance, for which we shall not be held liable.

1. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely access to essential platforms, accounts, and data required for the delivery of our services.

2. Intellectual Property: All designs, custom codes, and content created during the service period are the intellectual property of SEO by Brain Buddy AI unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Image Licensing: Any images used in the project will be licensed to the Client upon completion.

4. Promotional Use: We reserve the right to use the Client’s name and logo for promotional and marketing purposes.

Additional Protective Clauses

1. Limitation of Liability: SEO by Brain Buddy AI shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the laws governing the jurisdiction of our parent company, “Be the Square Digital Marketing.”

3. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or labor strikes.

4. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, fees will not be pro-rated and no refunds shall be issued for partial service periods.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• Severability: Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Non-Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the execution of the services.

• Compliance with Local Laws: Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Payments and Billing

All financial transactions and billing are managed through our parent company, “Be the Square Digital Marketing.”

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
